These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mowria Fashion.

You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally permitted to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction to use our Site and purchase products. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. Product Information Accuracy

Mowria Fashion takes pride in providing clear, detailed product information. We use high-quality images and descriptions to help you make informed choices about our premium apparel. However, due to variations in screen settings, photography, and lighting, the actual color, texture, and appearance of a garment may differ slightly from what you see on your screen. While we strive for accuracy, all product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee that the Site’s content is error-free or complete at all times.

Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices on the Site are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise indicated. Prices exclude any applicable taxes, duties, shipping, and handling fees, which will be added at checkout as required. We reserve the right to update prices or correct pricing errors at any time before we accept your order. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major payment methods through secure gateways (such as credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, and online banking). You agree to provide complete and accurate payment information. If payment is declined or cannot be processed, we may cancel your order.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation Rights

Placing an order on Mowria Fashion constitutes an offer to purchase our products. All orders are subject to product availability, order verification, and acceptance by Mowria Fashion. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspicious activity, fraudulent transactions, or payment verification issues.

Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours after order confirmation by contacting our customer support team through phone, email, or official communication channels. Once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or dispatched to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

For prepaid orders, approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within the applicable processing timeframe. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or banking system.

Repeated order cancellations, refusal to receive parcels, or suspicious order activity may result in restriction or removal of Cash on Delivery (COD) facilities for future orders.

Mowria Fashion reserves the right to verify customer information and order details before confirming shipment. In rare cases where an order cannot be fulfilled, customers will be notified as soon as possible and any eligible payment received will be refunded accordingly.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Mowria Fashion delivers products across Bangladesh through trusted courier partners, including Steadfast Courier. Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on location, courier operations, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Inside Dhaka: 2–4 business days
  • Outside Dhaka: 3–7 business days

Customers are requested to check the parcel carefully in the presence of the delivery agent before accepting delivery. Any issue related to wrong product, damage, missing item, or incorrect size must be reported immediately during delivery.

To request any return, refund, or exchange, customers must provide a clear continuous unboxing video showing the package opening, shipping label, and full product inspection. Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional delivery charges may apply for failed deliveries, incorrect addresses, or repeated delivery attempts.

Exchange / Return / Refund Conditions

Your satisfaction is our priority. Mowria Fashion offers exchanges and refunds under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange or return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. The original invoice or order confirmation should be provided. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately during delivery or within 24 hours after receiving the parcel. To process your claim, you must provide the unboxing video recorded at the time of receipt. We will replace the item or issue a full refund (including original shipping costs) at no extra charge to you.
  • Change of Mind or Size Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style (for non-defective reasons), please request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. The returned item must meet the eligibility criteria above. We will ship the replacement after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
  • Sale/Discounted Items: Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
  • Custom/Personalized Orders: If Mowria Fashion offers custom or personalized items (now or in the future), please note that these items will be clearly marked. Custom orders are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

To initiate an exchange or return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed. After we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of approval. Alternative exchange solutions may be offered depending on product availability and order conditions.

Product Condition & Inspection

Customers are requested to inspect the product carefully at the time of delivery in the presence of the delivery agent. To request any return, refund, or exchange, a clear continuous unboxing video must be recorded from before opening the package until the full product inspection is completed.

The video must clearly show the shipping label, package condition, and product condition during unboxing. Claims regarding wrong product, damage, missing item, or defects must be reported immediately during delivery or within 24 hours after receiving the parcel.

Products that are used, washed, altered, damaged by customer handling, or returned without proper proof may not qualify for return, refund, or exchange.

Size, Fit & Color Variation Disclaimer

Mowria Fashion uses high-quality materials and consistent sizing standards, but individual body shapes and monitor settings vary. We provide a detailed size guide to help you choose the right fit; however, sizes are approximate and actual fit may differ based on the garment’s cut and fabric. Slight variations in color and texture are normal and may occur due to photography lighting and screen displays. These minor differences are not defects. If you need help selecting a size or have questions about a product’s color, please contact us before ordering.

Promotional Offers / Discounts Terms

From time to time, Mowria Fashion may offer promotions, discounts, or coupons. Such offers are subject to the following terms:

  • Limited Time & Availability: Each promotion is valid only for the period specified or while stocks last. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • One per Order: Unless explicitly stated, promotional discounts cannot be combined with other offers and are limited to one use per customer or order.
  • Exclusions: Promotions generally do not apply to custom orders, gift cards, or previous purchases. Sale items may be excluded from further discounts.
